Overview

The Bachelors of Science in Managing Information Systems is an online bachelors-completion program for individuals who have completed 60-90 undergraduate credits and are looking to complete their bachelors degree. Applicants need not have a technical or management related associates degree  - the skills required to manage today's IT environments will be gained through the program.

A Strong Foundation

Our 36 credit BSMIS Core will give you the knowledge and skills to execute and manage computer information systems as well as lead others in meeting the goals of your organization. Core courses, to name a few, include Systems Analysis & Design, Computer Networks, Web Infrastructures, Strategic Planning, and Project Management. Check out the full list of courses.

Flexibility to Meet Your Goals

After you have mastered the basics, your career path is up to you.  Are you more interested in a management track?  You'll find electives from Managing with Technology to IT Leadership.  If technology is your chosen direction, go farther with design and development electives, database administration or information security.
