The Graduate Center
The Graduate School is located in Brattleboro in the Marlboro College Graduate Center, a state-of-the-art facility that also houses technology-oriented companies. The proximity of these companies allows graduate students to benefit from internship/Capstone or employment opportunities.
The center is located minutes from Interstate 91 at the juncture of the Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts borders. It is easily accessible throughout the greater New England region.

Leasing and Rental Opportunities
The Marlboro College Graduate Center is completely climate-controlled, providing comfortable air-conditioning and heating year-round in a modern, five-story, fully carpeted, tastefully decorated setting. Two elevators, ground floor access, ample proximal parking, and modern restroom facilities render the building completely accessible to all. The facility includes a fully-equipped fitness center, available to its long-term tenants and their employees. The fitness center and the main doors to the building are computer-access-controlled by electronic entry cards.
Premium office and computing spaces are available at the Marlboro College Graduate Center, for both long-term leasing and short-term rental terms.
